Annee de Mamiel, founder of de Mamiel skincare is an acupuncturist, aromatherapist and a healing holistic facialist. de Mamiel started from a need in her life, when she was going through chemotherapy/radiation treatment which dried out her skin. Gravitating towards what she needed, Annee learned how to look after herself; to meditate and eat well. She trained as an acupuncturist and studied Chinese Medicine while working for a hospital in China. Annee also studied medicine and Chiropractic at Sydney University. After all her training, she decided to study aromatherapy in depth. Annee says her love for blending began when she was around 7  by playing with a Barbie fragrance making kit!
