Apply nightly and start with a clean, dry face. Use one dip of serum + swipe the flatter side of applicator to coat the entire brow area. Use one dip of serum + angle the pointed tip to apply along the top lash line. Avoid the inner corner, waterline, and bottom lashes (upper application has the lower covered). Wait 1-2 min for serum to dry. Don’t apply makeup immediately after or skip days…that’ll just delay your full, fluffy results.
