How To Use
In the Sun Potion family, drinking a glass of spring water with a 1/2 teaspoon of Chlorella is or morning ritual. By drinking chlorella first thing on an empty stomach, the body can instantly receive its many nutrients whilst refreshing its fluids; activating the brain, nourishing the organs, and supporting the digestive cycle.
Chlorella is also an excellent addition to smoothies, miso soups, salads, sprouted grain dishes, raw desserts, and more! We suggest starting with a half teaspoonful and because this is a safe, whole food, you can increase servings as desired ~
