Directions
Wash thoroughly with soap and warm water before each freeze
Fill the pill mold through the air hole at the top with either plain filtered water or spiked with your preferred floral essence
Pop in your freezer in the upright position
Once frozen, release the pill cap by running the mold under warm water
Use on clean skin to de-puff and promote glowing skin
After use, rinse the pill under cold water and pop it back in the freezer
The silicone is also dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.
