About May Lindstrom

May Lindstrom was founded by the eponymous formulator in 2011, to create holistic plant-based solutions that would end her lifelong struggles with skin irritation and discomfort. To this day, each jar is still lovingly hand-produced in the brand's Los Angeles kitchen studio. Guided by the belief that skincare should be a sacred and intentional ritual, the line places emphasis on nutrient-rich botanicals with time-honored natural ingredients and organic actives suitable for all skin types and concerns.

What is The Detox Box?

Each month, you’ll receive a curated edit of one or more green beauty products from a featured brand we love, thoughtfully selected to highlight ingredient integrity, innovation, and results. Choose from month-to-month or prepaid 3- and 6-month subscriptions, all of which automatically renew unless cancelled. Please note that The Detox Box is not eligible for discount codes, gift-with-purchase promotions, Detox Points, or gift cards.

When will my box arrive?

The Detox Box ships during the first week of each month via USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days), or as soon as your order is placed while supplies last. Because boxes ship on a monthly cycle, delivery timing may vary, and depending on when you order, it can take up to 4 weeks to receive your box. You’ll always receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

How does billing work?

Your card is charged at the time of sign-up, and for month-to-month subscriptions you’ll be billed on the 3rd of each subsequent month, while 3- and 6-month prepaid subscriptions are billed on the 3rd every 3 or 6 months, respectively.

You can manage your subscription at any time by updating payment information, changing your address, or cancelling auto-renewal, though prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable and will continue to ship through the remainder of the purchased term, and we do not accept returns or refunds on Detox Box subscriptions or products.
