Job Description

• The Detox Ambassador is first of all an educator. His/Her goal is to empower our customers to make the right decisions.
• Sales associate is responsible for providing incredible customer service

- Responsible for all customer communication via email, phone, and in store.

•       Providing customers with exceptional knowledge of products
•       Processing cash, debit and credit

- Managing inventory levels of store weekly

•       Responsible for upkeep of product and store appearance

•       Knowledge, passion and interest in brands sold at The Detox Market
•       Background in cosmetics and skin care * and customer service or sales*
•       Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to meet and interact with people and demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude
•       Team player, able to work with a group in a fast paced environment
•       Proactive problem solver and highly organized
•       Strong time management and attention to detail
•       Someone with high energy, who is professional, reliable, enthusiastic and confident

This is a seasonal position - must be available during weekends and holiday hours.
