The Detox Ambassador is first of all an educator. His/Her goal is to empower our customers to make the right decisions. The Detox Ambassadors are responsible for providing incredible customer service.
Responsible for all customer communication via email, phone, and in store:
- Welcome all customers and managing customer experience at an exceptional standard
- Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of products, brand philosophy, ingredients, how to use, how to pair with other products, etc.
- Recommend all wellness and beauty products (skincare, supplements, makeup, as well as color matching, etc.)
- Process cash payments as well as debit and credit
- Answer inquiries, phone calls, and emails, as needed
Store upkeep (cleanliness) and merchandising:
- Receive product inventory and occasionally pack orders
- Manage in-store inventory levels and restocking
Responsible for upkeep of products, product displays, and overall store appearance
- Provide assistance with the administration of new hire employees
- Background in cosmetics and skin care as well as customer service and sales
- Genuine interest in natural beauty and healthy living; excited to keep up with industry trends
- Knowledge, passion, and interest in brands sold at The Detox Market
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, able to meet and interact with people and demonstrate an enthusiastic and positive attitude
- High energy, professional, reliable, enthusiastic and confident
- Must be a self-starter and a team player! This is a small team - we need someone who takes initiative and enjoys working with a group in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver and highly organized
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Interested in growth within a start-up company
- Willing to learn Shopify
- Must be available weekends
Must be available to work on weekends.
