HOW TO USE

Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin on areas prone to chafing before activity or as needed. Twist the 5-over-5 applicator counter clockwise, two clicks to unlock. Squeeze the tube and apply a pea-sized amount. Massage the chafe relief into affected areas using the applicator. Use on the thighs, underarms, or anywhere prone to friction To Refill: Remove the 5-over-5 Applicator and save it for future use with the refill tube. Clean the applicator and the inside cap before attaching it to the refill tube.
