This larger stainless steel Gua Sha features the viral 4-sided shape you know and love—now in a heavier, high-performance tool for both body and face. Long side: Glides smoothly over arms, legs, chest, back, and torso to support lymphatic flow, fascia release, circulation, and full-body sculpting.

Short/heart-shaped side: Hugs curves like the neck, jawline, underarms, and abdomen, ideal for more contoured areas and smaller muscle groups.

HOW TO USE
How to Gua Sha your Body Apply oil to your skin to ensure the Gua Sha tool glides smoothly. For an ideal glide, we recommend using our Bulan or Matahari facial oil. Stomach: Place the Gua Sha flat against your abdomen and gently glide in a circular, clockwise motion to support digestion. Use light pressure and breathe deeply as you go. Arms: Start at the wrist and glide upward toward the shoulder to stimulate circulation and ease muscle tension. Use the long side of the Gua Sha for smooth strokes along your forearms and biceps. Legs: Beginning at the ankle, use the long side of the Gua Sha to glide upwards along your calf and thigh in long, sweeping motions towards the hip. This can help improve circulation and reduce tension in the legs. Scalp: Using the teeth/rigid side of the Gua Sha, gently scrape along the scalp from the front hairline to the back of your head. This helps stimulate blood flow and promotes relaxation. Shoulders and Back: For hard-to-reach areas, hold the Gua Sha at an angle and glide along the top of your shoulders or any tense spots on your upper back. Move in short, sweeping motions to relieve muscle tension. Finish: To complete your routine, gently move the Gua Sha down your neck toward your clavicle to encourage lymphatic drainage. Repeat several times on each side. Remember to use light to medium pressure and follow the motions that feel best for your body. After each use, clean your Gua Sha tool with hand soap and store it in its pouch to keep it protected.
