Eyelights: Apply to eyelids using brush or fingers. Begin at center and blend outward. Fast-drying so blend swiftly. key tip! Add life to eyes by subtly applying onto the center of eyelids, just above the lashes. Mascara: For wide awake eyes, hold brush horizontally coating each lash with natural nourishing ingredients.
