There are three cups of bath soak in every bag—which means 3 amazing baths, all for you.

The sooner you take a bath post-exercise, the better. Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse and towel dry. Wrap yourself in a towel or robe, and rest.
