It will take your stress down a few notches. - BEFORE BED: Prep your sleep chamber by diffusing 1-3 drops of Natural Rest Diffuser oil for 30 minutes. Make sure to turn off your diffuser when you turn off the lights so as not to overdo - less is more. If you don’t have a diffuser TAP A DROP on a tissue, an organic cotton ball or an eco-silk cloth. Hold up to your nose and inhale slowly. Exhale even slower. Repeat a few times or place scent next to your pillow..
