It's listed as good for cystic acne, but I don't feel that it's any better than the Osmia oil.
I like the sort of spicy smell and dropper bottle.
Odacité uses their essential oils at percentages safe for pregnant women (less than 2%). Though as always, when pregnant you should always check with your OB-GYN.
This is a very active treatment, so once a day should be plenty, though twice a day would not bother your skin. You can use it preventatively on areas you tend to break out, or on an active breakout. We like mixing it into our moisturizer for large areas, or applying it directly for more intense treatment. Hope this helps!
In our experience, the oils you want to stay away from when dealing with acne are mineral oils, fractionated oils, and silicones. This oil concentrate sinks in immediately, and works to heal even cystic breakouts. That said, you should always consider your doctor's advice, and make the appropriate decisions for yourself.
This serum absorbs into the skin much like many other oils/concentrated serum. You can even add a drop or two into your daily moisturizer! It can even be used as a spot treatment when needed.
