Florame organic aromatherapy's organic citronella essential oil is known for its properties as an insect repellent. Mosquitoes, gnats and flies in particular dislike the aroma. Diffuse citronella organic essential oil either in an electric diffuser or a perfume burner from late spring to mid-autumn in order to combat mosquitoes both inside the house and during summer evenings in the garden. Apply citronella organic essential oil, diluted in an organic vegetable oil to wrists, temples and ankles in order to protect yourself from being bitten by mosquitoes and gnats. For an even stronger repellent effect, blend citronella organic essential oil with bourbon geranium organic essential oil and citriodora eucalyptus organic essential oil and diffuse. Citronella organic essential oil can also be used as a natural food flavouring.
