Any Order above $75 is Free in the US


Shipping Policy

USA (except Alaska and Haiwai): All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt to arrive within 2-7 working days after it leaves our warehouse. You can expect your product within 4-9 days after your order. We use USPS and UPS.

However, in the majority of the cases, it is much faster. Usually, you get the package within 2 working days in California and within 3 working days for the East Coast.

We are using both ground and air shipping. The delivery is free if it is in the US except in Alaska and Haiwai and if it is above $75.

 

Outside of USA

Unfortunately, we are not shipping outside of the US for now. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Problem with your product

It is the policy of the Detox Market to deal with customer issues quickly. Customer service concerns are best dealt with by calling our number (+1 310 909 7277) and/or by sending us an email to contact@thedetoxmarket.com. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair and efficient manner.

 

Exchanges, Refund and Returns policy

You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the shipping date. Shipping and handling is non-refundable, a minimum of $25 per package depending on destination. Please call us at (+1 310 909 7277) for a return authorization number. Packages sent back to us with no return authorization number will not be refunded.

 

Damaged Shipments

When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at +1 310 909 7277 Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Pacific Time. Please provide your order number when you call and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. We will contact the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
