Shipping is FREE for any order above $80 in the U.S. For orders under $80, shipping is $4.99 flat.
Shipping is FREE for any order above $100 in Canada. For orders under $100, shipping is $8.99 flat.
USA (except Alaska and Hawaii): All orders are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt and will arrive within 2-7 business days after it leaves our warehouse. You can expect your product within 4-9 business days after your order. We use USPS and UPS.
The majority of the time, delivery is much quicker. Usually, packages shipped within California are delivered within 2 work days, and 3 days for the East Coast.
We utilize both ground and air shipping.
Anywhere Outside of U.S. & Canada
Shipping is will be determined on an as-ordered basis.
Problems With Your Order
Our policy at The Detox Market is to deal with customer issues quickly. Customer service concerns are best dealt with by calling our store number (+1 (323) 782-0421) and/or by sending us an email at email@example.com. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair and efficient manner.
Returns & Exchanges
- Items eligible for returns & exchanges -- All unused, unopened non-food items can be returned for a refund minus shipping costs. Used and opened items can be exchanged.
- Items ineligible for returns & exchanges -- For health reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchange any food items, whether opened or used. This includes teas, chocolates, etc...
- We want you to be satisfied with what you ordered! We will accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days from the shipping date.
- All returns and exchanges require a receipt.
- You may return or exchange items purchased online at any of our retail stores.
- For any online purchases, you will not be refunded the shipping cost.
- To return or exchange an item, please call us at 1 (323) 782-0421 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Clearly write your RAN on the box when you return the package to us. Once we receive your package and confirm it is in good condition, we will credit your card with the full refund amount or, in the case of an exchange, email you with a Coupon Code you can use for any item at www.thedetoxmarket.com. Packages sent back to us without a RAN will not be refunded.
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer carton to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately at 1 (323) 782-0421, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Pacific Time. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide your order number when you call, and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. Contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package.
