When we first met Daphna, founder of INNA Jams, she started our conversation with, "Each fruit has its very own personality". We immediately knew she was our kind of girl!
Sourcing 100% organic fruits harvested within 100 miles of her Berkley home, Daphna only picks the first harvest because they produce the best quality. Each fruit is then hand selected to make sure they are at the perfect stage of ripeness. The fruits are then cooked on very low heat for a long period of time. This allows each fruit to release it's juices.
